Rare Cel #

When listing this, I couldn't find any other diecast with this specific cel.

The box has a little bit of wear and the card isn't straight but it is in relatively good shape. Please see the pictures.

All diecasts will be securely packed in bubble wrap and placed in a box for shipment.
