Up for sale is a used aftermarket GILT 6538 Handset compatible with Rolex Cal. 1030 movements from my personal collection. Unlike other handsets, this is a 1:1 Dimension Spec Handset specifically for the Rolex 6538 & 6538A Big Crown Submariner and not mass produced. It may be used for other case references (6536, 5508, 5513, 5512), but its dimensions are specifically a 1:1 reproduction of the 6538 Hands. The Hands have vintage luminova in Old Radium Light Color. The Big Lollipop Seconds hand is white enamel. 

These have the correct shape with the wider angle tip on the minute hand. The tip of this minute hand lands exactly on the Chapter Ring - as it should. Many 6538 watches had their hands replaced over the years with incorrect later hands. These are the only aftermarket hands I could find over the last ~15 years that have correct dimensions. 

The hands have a vintage look and are oxidized to look like they're 60+ years old.
