Book binding is tight. Cover has a small tear on the clear cellophane but paper dust jacket is in Tact. A few small water marks on a few of the pages, reference photos. Overall book is in really amazing condition. 

Interestingly,  this book is from the Finkelstein Memorial Library in Spring Valley New York.
