•     FIRST AND FOREMOST:  I will NOT ship this item until you contact me via eBay and confirm that you are ordering the correct remote.  This is best done sending me a photo of the back of your current remote, or a photo of your current green receiver box with the identifying number showing.  The number on the back of the remote needs to match the number within the outlined box written on the green remote receiver.
  •     If you don't contact me shortly with verification after ordering I will cancel your order.   The faster you verify, the faster I ship.  If I don't acknowledge your verification or create a label for shipment within 12 hours, contact me again as sometimes eBay messages don't get through to me.(eBay issue)
  •     DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SURE THAT IT IS THE CORRECT ONE.  Please look carefully at the labeling/functions/design of your item and compare them to the pictures to make sure you are purchasing the correct one.  If you have questions - ASK!!

  • Remotes need replacement if they have been lost, chewed by the dog, have a corroded battery compartment, or was not included in the tree you just bought from the thrift store.   Though they do sometimes malfunction, if your tree is not responding, or showing odd colors and sections, it is more likely the green receiver is malfunctioning and your remote is fine.   Again, ASK if you need advice and assistance ordering the correct item, whether it's a remote or receiver.
  •     If you have corresponded with me before purchase about which one to get, and I have agreed or suggested on the correct one, I will allow a return with no problem.  However, if you impatiently and randomly guess which one you need by yourself, that's not my fault.

  • Item is marked for security.  Do not attempt to purchase my new item and then return your old used item instead.  I will know, and it will fail.  eBay has sided with me in the past as I present evidence.
