GENERAL TERMS:
Your order will come as pictured. Our new parts are removed from new models and will come enclosed in our OEM packaging. Because some parts may be removed from new assembled models, minor markings or factory filled fluids may be present.
If the screws are pictured, they are included. If not, they are most likely sold separately in our hardware set for that model. We guarantee parts will be new and functional upon arrival, but we cannot provide any warranty service after usage.

Both domestic and foreign bidders are welcome. We may choose to use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for our US mailing. We ship same day for orders placed by 2 P.M. EST M-F. We will reach out to you to find a solution If we have trouble meeting our time commitment.

Even though USPS Priority Mail International or USPS First Class International Package shows up as a shipping method for international buyers on eBay when they purchase their items, we actually use eBay International Standard Delivery to ship goods internationally and not the other services. We use the eBay International Standard Delivery to reduce the cost of doing business even though customers may have paid for USPS Priority Mail International or other USPS Services. The eBay shipping system doesn't allow us to show our customers the eBay International Standard Delivery as an option when they purchase their item. We don't know why. That is why we offer other services just to charge customers the cost of shipping and use the eBay international standard delivery to actually ship the items.
