This is a New Old Stock Cream Top milk bottle spoon with 1924 and 1925 patent dates marked on the end. It has some small spots or stains from storage over the century. Many don't know that although these can be used to dip out the cream, the size and shape of the spoon's bowl was made to cover the small hole below the cream in a cream top bottle. Then you hold the spoon down on the curved top of the handle with your finger, and then pour out the cream. These instructions were on an early cream top bottle I had years ago. I had quite a number of cream tops at the time and it fit them all.
