This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Management Desk Chair, Model EA435, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. These examples date to the year 2015. The design includes a solid yet lightweight aluminum frame and a seat with 2 inch thick cushions upholstered in Brown MCL Leather, 1R06. The chair offers a tilt feature with locking capability, a full 360-degree swivel, and a pneumatic lift mechanism.

Each chair measures 24 inches deep, 22.5 inches wide, and 34 inches high, with a seat height of 20.5 inches. The chairs show light wear from previous use, including some minor scuffs and marks on the frame and base. Overall, they are in very good condition. Please see photos.
