This is an Aluminum Group Management Armless Desk Chair, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1958. These particular examples date to 2018. The design includes a solid yet lightweight aluminum frame, and the upholstery is done in black fabric. The chair offers a tilt feature with locking capability, a full 360-degree swivel, and a manual lift mechanism.

Each chair measures 21.25 inches deep, 19.5 inches wide, and 33 inches high, with a seat height of 18.5 inches. The chairs do show wear consistent with previous use. There are minor scuffs and scratches on the frame and base, as well as lighting wear to the fabric. Overall these pieces are in good to very good condition. Please see photos.
