OEM third brake light removed from a 1995–1997 Nissan D21 Hardbody Pickup.

Bench-tested with 12V power — most LEDs light up, but one light may be out (see photos).

Factory Nissan part number: 26590-3B300 molded on the housing.

This is the correct original-style high-mounted stop lamp used on late D21 trucks.
