Built in 1912 by Henri Negresco, the Hotel's opulence has since attracted high-profile guests including Elton John, Dalí, Grace Kelly, Elizabeth Taylor, and more! The hotel's Royal Lounge features a stunning Baccarat 16,309-crystal chandelier, which was originally commissioned by Czar Nicholas II. In 1948, Louis Armstrong saw Suzy Delair sing C'est si bon in the hotel and loved the rendition so much that he decided to record an American version in 1950.
