Cooking Instructions:

• Stovetop: Add 100ml water, rice cakes, and sauce to a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3–5 minutes.

• Microwave: Combine rice cakes, sauce, and 50ml water in a microwave-safe container. Cook for 3–5 minutes.

For extra flavor, add fish cakes, onions, green onions, or cheese. Perfect for a quick meal or a tasty snack anytime.

For the first 30 days from the date of receipt of your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund, excluding any shipping charges. (For items with free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit.)

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards. Memory cards and any other blister pack items are not returnable once opened.

Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.

The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels directly on the original manufacturer's packaging.

Please ship your parcel back to us. Return shipping costs (the cost to send an item back to our store) are not reimbursable.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return and indicate whether you would like the item replaced, exchanged, or refunded.

Returns can take up to 8 days for in-house processing from the date we receive them. When returning an item, please use a shipper that provides insurance and a tracking number. Items returned without a tracking number may take significantly longer to process.

We do not require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
