Warranty Terms and Conditions

BRAND NEW products come with a 12 month Australia wide warranty. In the unlikely event that you require a warranty repair, we will collect your item, repair or replace it, then return it to you at no charge. We recommend that you keep your original product packaging if possible. In the unlikely event that you require a warranty repair and you do not have the original packaging, you will bear the responsibility for safely packaging your Product for transport and Kogan accepts no liability for any damage that may occur in transit. If your product was exclusively available for shipping to Sydney and Melbourne metro areas, return pick-up would occur from these areas only.

PRE-OWNED models come with a 12 month warranty included. Our products have gone through a careful assessment process and has been tested to the highest standards to ensure it works as you expect it to. Whilst the product may have some cosmetic imperfections, this will not hinder its performance in any way.

Returns - Change of Mind

Please choose your product/s carefully, as Kogan do not provide refunds for products where you have simply changed your mind. This includes returns where you have selected a size of an item that doesn't fit you, or where you simply selected the wrong product.
