This pre-owned hat is in excellent condition. 

I personally hand wash and gently scrub each pre-owned hat. Unless the hat is in new condition, I soak each hat in my tub (my wife loves it). 

I then hand wash and gently scrub each hat using mild soap to get rid of oils and dirt.

Then if the hat needs reformed, the hat is placed in a hat form to reform the hat. 

Then the hat is hung and air dried for a minimum of 6 hours before being listed for sale. 

If the hat hasn't come clean, the process starts over. I will clean a hat up to 3 times before listing. 

Upon purchase, I pack the hat in a plastic bag, and then boxed in order to keep the hat from being crushed during shipping or at least try to keep the hat from being crushed. 

I try and get the hat shipped the following day, pending weekends, holidays and my regular work schedule (I only do this part time).
