I spent about 5 minutes trying to test the meter. The needle moved but not in a way that would be expected when exposed to light. The unit might need new batteries. No batteries are included with this sale so the unit will not work out of the box. Please look closely at the photos since this is the exact item for sale. If an accessory or feature is not shown, it is not included.
