Offered here is a an early revised hardcover edition (1939 4th Printing) of Gospel Light: Comments on the Teachings of Jesus from Aramaic and Unchanged Eastern Customs, by George M. Lamsa. Published by A.J. Holman Company, with an introduction by renowned ethnographer and linguist John P. Harrington.

Condition:

Overall good condition for age. Hardcover boards are sunned and show shelf wear/rubbing along board margins and top and bottom of spine, and pages show age-related toning. Former owner's name and address in ballpoint pen on blank side of black and white introductory photograph page depicting Aramaic manuscript (pictured). Spine is straight, but front cover board has nearly separated from the binding (pictured). No other marks on the interior.
