Has scratches, sun-fading, bends around mounting holes and one crease 1/3 down from top to right side of bottle neck (See Photos). Marked "THE PARKER METAL DEC. CO. BALTA. MD." Mounted to a piece of plywood. (I will remove from plywood if requested by buyer)
