Original typed, signed notecard by Lucille Ball on her personal stationary. Dated February 19, 1969, Lucy gives thanks to a Mr. Mahak of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association for the recognition of her film "Yours, Mine & Ours" she made with Henry Fonda.

Signed in black ink - "Lucy" - the card measures 5.25" by 4" when folded and features her name on the outside in a raised, navy blue filigree font.
