See photos for condition: I do not see any major issues other than the tag has been removed.  There is a flaw on one part of the gold rickrack (see close up photo) and a mark on the bottom of the skirt. The skirt is clean but has been stored for ages.  You may want to have it professionally cleaned to refresh it.
