Original acrylic painting of the view looking out to sea from Castle Beach, Falmouth, Cornwall, painted in acrylics on sketchbook paper 415mm wide x 297mm high -  'Castle Beach Sea Gaze'. Painted on a page from my sketchbook the actual size of the painting could be mounted within a window approx 390mm wide by 275mm high (that is the size of the painting on the paper). Painted in November 2025 by me, this is a moody seascape with cool blue and green hues. I have used expressive brushstrokes to capture the power and energy of the waves and the distant coastline on the horizon. I have built up the colours using acrylic colour to capture the light and moodiness of the scene. An atmospheric original painting that could add a nice feature to a room. I am a local Cornish artist, I also sell on Etsy, hoping that someone would like this original painting of mine. It is being sold as it is just on the paper it was painted, so would need framing, would suit being mounted then framed. I have signed the painting with my initials GR.
