This issue is from January 1971 featuring "Evil Factory!" by Jack Kirby.  This is the 2nd appearance of Darkseid.  Cover and all pages attached at both staples but there is a stain at the lower staple on the cover and a creased upper right corner with bends to several interior pages at the upper right corner...graded in low-grade good plus condition.
