If you purchase more the one item from our listings at the same time (day), we will ship your items together in one box to save you shipping $$$. Will adjust shipping accordingly.

Returns

Please note that we cannot accept return of any merchandise unless the return has been authorized prior to its return. Please contact us with explanation for the return and for authorization / return instructions. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We cannot be responsible for merchandise returned without authorization or the cost incurred for returns without prior authorization. Items for return need to be reported within 1 -2  days of receipt and returned within 7 days from receipt.

Note: Items that has been price marked, shelf worn or not in the original condition we shipped them out in , not put back in its original packaging cannot be accepted for return. Refunds will be given in US Dollars.

Claims and Damaged Merchandise

We make every effort to package items to prevent breakage during shipping. All packages are insured through the USPS. However, damages can occur. If buyer receives damaged or broken items during the shipping process, It is the buyers responsibility to take pictures and file a claim with USPS to receive compensation.

Any claims for breakage, damages or loss must be reported To us within 24 hrs of receipt of the order to receive compensation if you are wanting us to file the claim and refund your purchase. The buyer must supply us with detailed pictures of the package and damaged contents so we can file the claim and get refunded.

The buyer must keep possession of the damaged items until we instruct you as to what steps to take in the event we need the items returned to receive compensation.
