If it has chemical smell?
Our pillowcase is made of safe and odorless cloth, but we suggest our clients wash the pillowcase before first time use, after all it had a long period of shipping time before received.

Why may the knee pillow have some tiny hard spots on the memory foam?
The bumps occurred when the memory foam core was being molded and the air need to find a way to come out. It's kind of the nature of a memory foam core. Our factory workers have had them cut off, but they still can be felt a little.

Why is the memory foam core so firm?
The memory foam is made firm to better separate our thighs which weigh the most of our body. As part of characteristic of memory foam, it's heat-responsive and could be firmer in the cold weather.
