- IRIS is a USB player developed over 3 years. It uses proprietary FPGA DSP processing, FIFO buffer and clock recovery, and a USB audio interface solution based on STM32F466 advanced AMR MCU
- Based on the successful experience of DENAFRIPS digital technology, the USB input data of the IRIS DDC isolation buffer is reclocked by the FEMTO crystal oscillator, and the low jitter digital output can be connected to any external DAC. It transforms the computer audio system into a high-quality transmission system. This improvement is obvious once Sonic adds IRIS DDC to the digital audio chain
- Digital isolation: IRIS digital signal is completely isolated by 50Mbps high-speed optocoupler. Optical isolation can reduce the background noise and achieve a high signal-to-noise ratio
- Accurate FEMTO clock: IRIS is equipped with dual FEMTO clocks, powered by an O-type transformer, to ensure superior stability and linearity as well as femtosecond clock output frequency. Its high reliability can provide frequency signals with high stability and low phase noise. Make the reproduced signal more accurate, the details are more real, and the sound is smooth and natural without impurities
- Surging power comes from the transformer: the single crystal copper wire is wound layer by layer to make the power supply stable and strong, and meet the strict speaker load conditions. The self-made transformer can effectively reduce the noise level and low frequency
- Proprietary USB interface: IRIS is equipped with a proprietary USB audio solution driven by STM32F446, an advanced AMR-based MCU, and a redesigned and optimized circuit that allows DDC to be used in high-end DDCs and computers. Support 24bit/768kHz PCM data stream, and DSD local processing up to DSD 1024. And equipped with an authorized platform driver for THESYCON USB Windows. IRIS supports audio 45.1584Mhz, 49.152Mhz clock input. Can be used with TERMINATOR-PLUS to synchronize clock
