Collection: We prefer PayPal but we will also accept BANK TRANSFER or CASH PAYMENT on collection.

- Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the item is correct for their vehicle - refunds not given for incorrect items - If in doubt please ask. Any parts ordered in error are subject to 10% handling charge.

- Like all internet sites all return postage will be at the buyer’s expense and we recommend you send the item via a traceable method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Returns

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that parts are dispatched in good working order, problems and faults do occasionally occur. In this instance we will endeavour to replace a faulty part. If this is not possible then a refund will be provided.

However, we may request that the faulty part be returned to us for inspection. If this is the case then a return postage value limit will be agreed and refunded. However, the buyer will be liable for return postage charges on items incorrectly ordered and in this instance refunds.

Under the distance selling regulations, you are entitled to return your item within 14 days for a refund. If a return is necessary please contact us in advance so we are aware of the return. We would kindly ask that all returns are in the original packaging, in the condition in which they were received and includes your original sales invoice. Please include your eBay User ID and a contact telephone number to ensure a swift refund process. All returns will be inspected upon receipt. Return postage will be at the buyer’s expense and we recommend you send the item via a traceable method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Received

Any items damaged in transit must be notified to me within 24 hours of signing for the goods in order for investigations to commence with the courier company. If any item is damaged then DON’T sign for it, get in touch with us straight away, failure to do so will make it near impossible to carry out a claim. IT’S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE GOODS.

Any items sent incorrectly or received damaged should be reported on receipt. We will offer a replacement item where possible or refund as soon as the item is received.
