This is a  bronze letter "V" device for military ribbons.  

This has the prongs on the back that you push the the ribbon and then bend over on the back.

Tip: use needlenose pliers to straighten out the prongs on the back, if needed, before pushing thru ribbon to ensure proper alignment.  Sometimes I use a pin to pre-hole the ribbon.

Domestic postage and packaging is via USPS Ground Advantage in a padded envelope with tracking. .

Make sure your address information is current and correct.

To combine shipping on different items, do not use Buy-It-Now. Instead use Add to Cart and when you are done, from your cart click 'Request Combined Shipping'. (multiples of the same item already have a discount built in).  This option is not yet available on mobile devices. In those cases I will refund the extra shipping.
