VINTAGE - Metal Handheld Manual Grass Shears / Edger / Trimmers "RUSTIC ASHTON" 
Photo #2 shows the name - ASHTON - hidden in the rust of the blade,
I did not notice the name till I sprayed the trimmers with WD40.
