This is a Japanese Shakuhachi bamboo flute with signs of wear. It is signed but has 2 cracks which have been professionally repaired. The material on the connector is damaged in one place, see photos. I can't play it but it makes nice tones when you blow in. The item is old and accordingly has age related wear. So please judge condition from the pictures.
