This thing is a workhorse! we originally purchased from ebay and used it for our ebay business for a few years but then upgraded but this is perfect for a small ebay seller who ships out everyday!
last time i used it worked perfectly, you will need to find the software online so that you can use this product but there are a lot of tutorials on youtube.
