Switzerland 1886 Standing Helvetia 25(C) dark bluish green, clearer print than that of 1885 but sill blurred, malformed wide control mark with an irregular line-perforation 11.75, showing a strong, irregular oval retouch and retouched spear, Helvetia's head, arms  hands, clothe, etc.

There are a faint cancel,folded perfs and postal abrasion marks.

Otherwise no thins nor tears.
