This HO scale Campbell "RR Water Tank" craftsman kit is intact and unused. As far as I can tell, all instructions templates, and sealed bags of parts are in the box. The box shows only minor signs of wear and is still in excellent shape. Item is new, and I have packaged it in cellophane to ensure that it arrives intact and complete.
