This HO scale Campbell "Abandoned House" craftsman kit is intact and unused. As far as I can tell, all instructions templates, and sealed parts are in the box. The box shows signs of wear (discoloration on the exterior) but is still in excellent shape. I have adjusted the asking price due to the discoloration to the exterior of the box. Item is new, and I have packaged it in cellophane to ensure that it arrives intact and complete.
