Pretty peacock blue cotton skirt with a 6" Hand Smocked band, stitching in white circa 1960.  Waistband has belt loops and has a single botton closure with Talon nylon zipper.  (Nyon Talon zippers were introduced in 1960.)  Pleated full skirt.

Waist is 28."  Length is 26 1/2" and hits me about mid knee.  (I'm 5'8.")

In excellent vintage condition.   No stains or discolorations, no tears.
