Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

1. Condition of Returns

All items must be returned in their original, non-damaged condition, including manufacturer packaging, manuals, and accessories. Returns missing any of these components may be refused.

2. Restocking Fee

Returns not due to defect or misdescription are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.

If opened or used, up to 50% may be deducted depending on condition.

Factory-sealed items that are opened cannot be resold as new and will incur deduction.

3. Locked or Incomplete Returns

Devices must be factory reset and have all accounts (Google, Samsung, iCloud, etc.) removed. Locked or incomplete returns may not qualify for refund.

4. IMEI & Fraud Protection

Each device’s IMEI/serial number is recorded before shipping. If the returned item does not match the original unit, no refund will be issued and the matter will be reported to eBay.
