This is an original manufacturer door and is unused. The nickel plated handle (door pull) is an upgrade from the manufacturer. It will not break and is included. Stainless steel mounting hardware and instructions are included. Tools needed are typically a 10 mm socket or wrench and an Allen wrench. Other tools could be used or needed depending on your exact situation. Not every mailbox is mounted the same way. Please send pictures or questions for any additional information.
