The Broadcaster was the official journal of the Tennessee State Association of Teachers in Colored Schools, which later became the Tennessee Negro Education Association or the Tennessee Education Congress.
The Broadcaster began in 1928. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. It ran until at least 1966. The Tennessee Education Congress was merged into the Tennessee Education Association in 1967.
In good condition with signs of age-related wear, including fading, page browning, minor soiling, creases, & discoloration.
