Vintage 80s Tokyo Disney Resort 5th Anniversary Mickey Mouse Neck Tie 100% Silk.

Dated from 1988.

Tokyo Disney Resort opened in 1983, celebrating their 5th anniversary in 1988.

The pattern is a diagonal stripe of silver, gold and royal blue, featuring gold Mickey with the number 5 on his face and a gold anchor. The background colour is navy blue.

This tie has been worn and enjoyed. It shows signs of wear- please see photos. There is some yellowing and a bit of fading where it has rubbed.

The tie measures 145cm / 57” long. It is 9.5cm / 3.75” wide at widest before it points. Narrowest width measures 2.75cm / 1.25”.
