Clean wheel for the age .. couple minor cosmetic blems that would clean up polish or powdercoat

Tire is for mock up only and suggested to replace … bearings and seals are all intact and were as ran on a decent bike but you will need to pull and or inspect replace or repack/seal for your own piece of mind
