This is a rectification flame amplifier designed for use with R4795A,D Flame Safeguard primary controls. It has a flame failure response time (FFRT) of 2 to 4 seconds. It is a solid-state, plug-in unit that allows for the use of rectification or ultraviolet flame detection. The amplifier's color is green. 

The Honeywell R7289A1004 has been discontinued by the manufacturer. It is sometimes available for purchase as new old stock or as a refurbished item from various online retailers
