No extra customs fees, tariffs, or additional charges will be collected from the buyer.
All import duties or related costs are fully covered by the seller.
This condition applies exclusively to U.S. customers.

Payment

Payment must be completed within 3 days of purchase.
If not received, your order will be canceled.

Shipping Policy

Tracking number will be provided within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Korean holidays).
Delivery address cannot be changed after payment.
To ensure fast and secure delivery, a valid address and phone number are required.
The shipping address must match your PayPal information.

Customs & Import Taxes

1. Customs Tax / Duties / VAT

According to eBay policy, buyers are responsible for customs taxes, duties, and VAT in their country.
If local customs apply fees (duty, VAT, brokerage, handling), buyers must pay them.
Please confirm applicable rates with your local customs office before purchasing.
I will assist to minimize duty or tax where possible upon request.
If the package is refused due to taxes, shipping costs plus a 5% handling fee will be charged.

2. Parcels Held in Customs

If your package is held, please contact your customs office or local post office.
Required documents for clearance can be provided upon request.
If a parcel is returned because of unpaid duties, incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts, all shipping fees and a 5% handling fee will be deducted.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us first via eBay message before sending back.
Refund conditions:

Case 1 ? Standard Returns (Shipping cost deducted):
All accessories must be unused and sealed.
The item must be intact and undamaged (except manufacturer defects).
The product must include original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Case 2 ? Opened/Damaged Returns (Restocking + admin fee + shipping deducted):
Some accessories opened or used.
Any damage not related to manufacturer defect.
Missing items or damage may lead to rejection of the return.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and checked.

Excluded Shipping Areas

Buyers in excluded regions should contact me before purchase.
Orders may still be arranged if additional shipping charges are covered.
