Buttons 1 and 2 have visible damage.
It fits SAAB 9-3NG models from 2003 to 2007.
If your car had ICM1 or ICM2 unit, Tech2 tool will be needed to connect it to car(to marry to car).
If ICM3 was already in car, it will work without a problem, just plug&play.
