All orders are dispatched within 1 working day from our warehouse in England. Orders made up to 12.00 noon (GMT), will be dispatched that day.

We have a variety of shipping methods, which you can select at checkout

Free Standard Shipping - normally 2-5 workings days after dispatch

1st Class - Normally 1-3 working days after dispatch

Expedited - Special Delivery, next working day service (Monday - Friday only, Saturday is not classed as a working day) - Please note this is a signed for service and cannot be left without a signature.

We operate a 60-day returns policy, allowing you to return your order for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of your receipt of the order.

Please be aware that your returned items must be received by us within this 30 day period for you to qualify for a full refund. You are responsible for any postage costs, incurred by you when returning the item.

Please ensure that you enclose your order number, contact details and the reason for return in the package. All returned items are sent to the follow address:

If the item is not as described, damaged or incorrect item has been received we will refund postage cost of the item to be sent back to us.

If on delivery you find any item is damaged, or has a fault please contact us, using the contact seller button on ebay and let us know. We will then either issue a refund or replacement once the items have been returned to us. We will refund the postage costs you incur, or send you a return address envelope to return the items in.
