*And are made from aluminum oxide, designed for high speed sanding and heavy duty removal, delivering fast and long lasting cut. By cutting this typical two-step process down, Flap Discs save the users time and money.
*For safe and vibration-free operating, our flaps are evenly distributed (equal spacing between flaps) and concentrically placed around the arbor hole. What’s more, the adhesive is distributed evenly, concentrically, and positioned to cover the largest area under the flaps.

About the Structure of Flap Discs: 72pcs small 24x18mm cloth backing sanding discs are bonded tightly on the plate. The plate is constructed from 8 layers of fiberglass mesh and one layer of non-woven cloth. Metal rings are embedd on 2 sides.
Self-Fracturing Zirconia Alumina Material: Premium zirconia alunima fractures frequently to continually produce fresh sharp points and deliver a faster cut-rate than aluminum oxide. Developed for heavy stock removal and high pressure grinding.
Strong X-Weight Polyester Cotton Backing of Small Discs: Offering flexibility and well-suited for handling sharp edges and medium to high pressure applications
Resin over Resin Bonding: High strength resin bond system provides superior grain support, resist heat and humidity for longer life than usual resin over glue bond.

Type 29 Shape: Best used at a 15~25 degree. Better for contouring and shaping surfaces, capable of more aggressive grinding than Type 27
