Returns and Restocking Policies:
- We accept returns in 30 days after receiving the item.
- Buyer will pay the return shipping cost.
- We offer a 30 day return policy on all items. (unless stated otherwise in the listing).
- All returns must be in original condition and must include the original packaging and content intact.
- Returns must be packed in proper packaging to avoid damage to the item or its original packaging.
- For any return requests please contact us to receive a RMA number and return instructions.
- 10% - %20 restocking fee may apply If you return an item, for a reason other than the item is damaged
- Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your package to process your return.
- Any returns that violate this return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Counterfeits:
- All items are genuine.
- We make every effort to weed out any counterfeit items.
- Unfortunately, the counterfeiters are getting very good at making imitations.
- If you see an item of that you think is not genuine, please let us know. We will remove it immediately.
