With the DB series 260 diesel locomotives, PIKO is continuing its series with excellently detailed models based on DB classics. The PIKO model impresses with its successful mold construction without annoying mold separating edges and the harmonious implementation of all relevant details of the model machine. The PIKO model of the shunting locomotive has straight, precisely aligned platforms, a buffer storage for silky-smooth shunting trips without unwanted power interruptions and lighting using LEDs. The driver's cab lighting and the front and tail lights, which function depending on the direction of travel, can be controlled digitally with a PluX22 decoder. The heavy model, equipped with a zinc die-cast frame, has a five-pole motor for excellent driving characteristics and high pulling forces. Retrofitting with sound and the largest possible loudspeaker is prepared on the clearly designed circuit board with PluX22 interface. Attachable dummy brake hoses are included with the model.
