Core Deposit Refund Condition Requirements:

For full Core Deposit Value refund, buyers' core must be in 100% re-build-able condition by qualifying.

Examples of a qualified core:

Buyer's core must be an OEM core with casting # and must have a good undamaged cast iron impeller.

If any part of the core is in the following condition it is in non-re-build-able condition and subject to reduction in core deposit or completely disqualifies for core deposit refund.: (non-OEM core)

(*Bad), (broken), (damaged), (missing.), (gouged), (cracked),(welded), (repaired), (modified), (etc but not limited to any)

NOTE: For cores that do not qualify, they will be refused for a deposit or reduced to the value of its condition. (Example: Missing or broken cast iron impeller or pulley = ¾, ½, 1/4 deposit refund only. )

• For full Core Deposit Value refund, buyers' core must be in 100% re-build-able condition by qualifying and must be received by us within 14 days of purchase date.

• Core must be in full rebuildable condition and matching pump and casting# and year date code for full core deposit value refund.
