Description: Unbound. Approximately 6.5" x 4". Laid paper irregularly cut with two edges deckled. Old folds, near fine. "Col. Jonathan Mages" is almost certainly Colonel Jonathan Meigs, an important commander from Connecticut, best known for his attack on Sag Harbor in New England, and who later played an important part in the development of the Old Northwest, mostly in Ohio.
