Damaged or Incorrect Items

If Your Item Arrives Damaged:

DO NOT discard any of the packaging materials (box, tube, bubble wrap, etc.). This is crucial for the insurance claim.
Immediately contact the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, DHL) that delivered the package to report the damage.
