General Shipping Terms:

• The order cutoff for next day shipping is 3 p.m. EST Monday-Friday, excluding holidays*.
• Once payment has been verified, your watch or jewelry piece will be shipped fully insured for the purchase price of the item. In order to protect your purchase, a signature is required for the package to be delivered.
• If you didn't receive your order, please inform us within 30 working days from the shipping date. Claims for lost parcels cannot be submitted before 15 working days after dispatch.
• Our policy requires us to ship merchandise to an address that is registered with your credit card company or PayPal.
• Additional costs, such as customs, import duties, VAT, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility. Those charges are NOT included in the price of the item or shipping charges.

Domestic Shipping Terms: FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ALL US ORDERS ABOVE $150! Shipping insurance included on all items. Once payment is received, all orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business day. Shipments within the USA will usually be received within 1-5 business days, the delivery time for domestic shipping varies depending on the service selected, please check the listing you are purchasing to see the shipping method. Any orders shipped within the United States will require a signature upon receipt.

International Shipping Terms: Shipping for all INTERNATIONAL orders is calculated at checkout. Orders will require a signature upon receipt. Shipments crossing international borders are subject to customs regulations and duties. Buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. General Return Terms:

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry and watches. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange your watch or jewelry piece, we will do our best to accommodate your request quickly and easily.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 weeks upon receipt of the returned item and after inspection by our experts. All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds or exchanges.

Please do not use, size or alter the item in any way, as this will void your return. For any unworn, undamaged product with the non-removable ItsHot security/price tags still attached, ItsHot will exchange the item or offer a full refund based upon the original payment method. Please return all items in the same condition, with the same accessories, and back to the original point of sale through which the watch was sold. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. 'New and unused condition' means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes.

The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging. Otherwise, the return will not be honored.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for any items that have been personalized, engraved, sized, damaged, or worn. Special or custom orders will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges, unless the products are damaged or do not function properly at the time of delivery.

International Returns: International buyers may return their purchase; however, any return shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes will be the buyer's responsibility. All other aspects of the return policy listed above still apply for International returns.
