This is the Japanese NTSC-J version. It is compatible with Japanese PS2 and a certain models of PS3 (Compatible with Fat 20GB & 60GB models, Possibly compatible with PS3 Fat 80GB model but not guaranteed, NOT Compatible with PS3 Slim models or PS4/PS5) systems. It is not compatible NTSC-U/C or PAL region models of PS2 or PS3 consoles.  Please verify compatibility with your system before purchasing.
