What can I expect when I first use the mouthpiece?
Some people might not experience any side effects, but others could encounter minor tooth or jaw soreness, or drooling. These experiences diminish over time with consistent use. Commit to an adjustment period to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

How long will the discomfort last?
Some jaw soreness is normal initially - your jaw muscles need time to adjust to the mouthpiece. We find that most people adjust to the device within 2 days to 2 weeks and after that short period, the discomfort disappears.
